1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Spanish public holidays.
In case of high order volume or delays due to stock availability, customers will be notified promptly via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Spain & Portugal: 2–5 business days
  • European Union: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom & Switzerland: 7–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance or postal service disruptions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

BEFINI is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply in your country. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


2. Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected] before the 14-day period expires.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Returns should be sent to our return address (provided via email after your return request is approved).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Opened drinkware or used accessories

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

If your refund has not yet appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us again.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.


3. Exchanges

BEFINI does not currently offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new one.
